Getting started with 1send is fast and simple. In just a few clicks, you’ll be ready to launch your loyalty program and start turning engagement into repeat sales.
Here’s how to connect your Facebook Page to 1send:
✅ Step 1: Log In to 1send
Visit https://app.1send.chat/ and log in to your account.
Don’t have one yet? You can sign up in under a minute. Click “Get Started”
Enter user account details and click “Create account”
Type in Store Name and click “Create”
✅ Step 2: Click “Connect a channel to your store”
Once you're inside the dashboard, click the “Connect a channel to your store” window. Choose Facebook
Click “Allow access to Facebook”
Choose all
Select the Facebook Page you intend to use
Click “Connect Selected Page”
🔒 Don’t worry — You can disconnect at anytime!
✅ Step 3: You’re Connected!
You’ll now see your Facebook Page listed in the dashboard.
From here, you can set up your first loyalty campaign, track engagement, and start rewarding your most active customers.
